Autumn Calver

Like - Autumn liked the shot of my girl actor walking away from my male actor into the sun with a dream effect added on the top. Also how I edited the girl actor to disappear at the end when the lyrics say 'turned to dust'.

Dislike - Sometimes could have better transitions when going from shot to shot.

Harry Chalmers

Like - The narrative worked well and made sense

Dislike - It was not memorable enough.

Harrison Dunn

Like - Use of recorder effect on some of the footage to make it look like they are being filmed. He also liked the pictures in the old effect at the end where they look to be moving. All effects used are good.

Dislike - Black spaces where filming has not been done yet let it down. They break it up and do not yet keep the flow of the music video.

First Draft of Music Video

My first music video draft was exported from Final Cut Pro to Youtube. However, I have had some problem with my clips which are no longer muted when uploaded onto Youtube. You can hear background noise, when I have been directing and weather conditions such as wind at the beginning. All of these mistakes will be changed for my next draft.

Re-scheduled Filming Done!

I was able to film some of the filming scheduled for Sunday 23rd of February today (27th of February) I was able to film the bonfire shots with Jack and Mell as well as the odd few car shots with Jack.

Unable to film all of day 4 scheduled filming - scheduled for Sunday 23.2.14

I was unable to film with Jack and Mell today due to Jack being unwell. I have rescheduled to shoot with Jack and Mell on Thursday 27th of February and then with Jack, Sunday 2nd of March.

Above is Jack and Mells shots that need to be shot at night for the bonfire to be affective.

I have planned to film late afternoon with Jack from about 2pm/3pm onwards due to other commitments in the morning. I have checked the weather and there is a chance of rain, which would disrupt the filming that is outside. 

I have also checked the time of the sun setting so we aren't caught out when it comes to being out and about filming. This will help with the time schedule of getting back to my house for the bonfire to be set and filming the shots needed at my house with the bonfire as well as Mell.
